Satisfaction Guarantee

If you encounter any problems with your purchase, contact us immediately by email or phone so we can make it right. We are committed to making your experience as positive as we can!

However, if for any reason you remain dissatisfied simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging. We will refund 100% of your item(s) price and the original Shipping and Handling charge. Although we do not require a reason for the return, we always would appreciate knowing why you were dissatisfied so we may improve our business.

  • If you are keeping one or more of the items you purchased, but returning others, the original shipping and handling charge will not be refunded.

  • As the buyer, you pay the return postage.

  • If you purchased the Optional insurance, that fee is non-refundable.

  • We issue prompt refunds back to your PayPal® account when your return is received.
